Course Materials
Learners will be asked to provide their own materials whenever possible. The course fee does not include material costs and additional charges will be made where materials are provided for learners. Where possible, this materials fee is listed in the course information.
Cancellation Policy
The continuation of a course is dependent on satisfactory enrolment numbers. The basic fee is calculated based on 12 learners per class. If this enrolment target is not met a higher fee may be charged providing all of the learners agree. Where the same class is running at another centre, learners will be given the opportunity to transfer.
Refunds
Please note: We will not normally give refunds unless a course is cancelled.
Learning Difficulties and Disabilities
The College welcomes learners with difficulties and disabilities. Wherever possible we will endeavour to provide the support necessary to ensure your success on any of our courses. If you feel you need help and would like to further explore this possibility then please indicate this on your enrolment form, speak to a tutor or a member of the administrative staff. There are very limited resources available to provide additional support however we will treat every request individually, and will try to accommodate your particular needs.
