How to apply for a full time course
Applying to college is a daunting prospect for many people which is why we have tried to make our admissions process as simple and easy as possible. All our full time courses have entry requirements which help us to ensure that you have the preparation or experience necessary to get the maximum benefit from your course. We would always encourage you to apply for a course even if you are unsure that you have the correct qualifications as this can be discussed with the tutors. We make every effort to find a suitable course for every student.
Application Process

Enrolling on a part time course
Use the “search / browse courses” function on the left-hand menu to find the course you want.
Once you have chosen a course, check that the details are relevant to you.
If your course requires an interview, please contact the venue of the course to arrange this (venue details can be found on the contact page). Alternatively you can apply to arrange an interview online. You will not be able to enrol until you have had an interview. Interviews will be allocated on a first-come first served basis.
If your chosen course does not require an interview, you can enrol by phone, in person or by post. Please note that if you are requesting to pay a discounted fee, evidence of eligibility is required prior to enrolment.
Enrol by post: Download the 2011-12 enrolment form and send your completed form to the relevant centre. Postal enrolments should reach us 2 weeks prior to the start of the course. All enrolments for Adult and Community Learning courses should be returned to the Isle Campus.
Enrol in person: Please bring the completed enrolment form with you to the relevant centre. Opening times for each centre can be found on the locations page of the website.
Enrol by phone: Telephone the relevant centre - we will need details of the course and you will need to have your credit or debit card details to hand.
Fees are payable on enrolment - no enrolments can be processed without the relevant payment. If you are eligible to pay a discounted fee evidence is required prior to enrolment.
