Workplace Learning is a service which is designed to help your business get the training it needs to compete and succeed. Training benefits your business in many ways. Eligibility
Workplace learning is available to companies of all industry sectors. For employees to be eligible they must be over 19 and have been an EU resident for three consecutive years.
Costs
Level 2
Where candidates do not have a first level 2 qualification the government will fully cover the cost of training. Where candidates are studying a second level 2 qualification there will be a minimum fee applied.
Level 3
Where candidates do not have a first level 3 qualification and they are aged between 19 and 24 the government will fully cover the cost of training. Where candidates do not fall into either of these then a minimum fee will be applied.

How does it work?
A member of our employer engagement team will come out to discuss your businesses training needs.
Training takes place at a time to suit you the employer, and is usually delivered on site, therefore minimising disruptions to the daily running of your organisation. Delivery is flexible and can be worked around shift patterns, productivity and any other individual business needs.
