Case Study - Glen Roberts

Glen studied the BTEC HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. He is in the Royal Air Force, who have supported him financially to be able to complete the course.

"I am a fully qualified mechanical engineer in the RAF but as I am coming out soon and on the resettlement programme I wanted to re-train as an electrical engineer".

"The course is good, it includes practical and theory which allows you to put in to practice what we're being taught. I have also noticed that the practical work certainly builds up your confidence in the subject. The group is very mixed in terms of experience and age, which has worked to our advantage. It means we can all learn from each other as well" said Glen.
