  • Monitor your working conditions to ensure you are working safely.
  • Review your progress at regular intervals by visits to your workplace and at college.
  • Mantain regular contact with your course tutor, assessor and employer.
  • Encourage your development and help you achieve your learning plan.

Student Advisors

Our team of student advisors are here to provide confidential and impartial support throughout your time at college. They are able to offer you unbiased help with a range of issues including course worries, finance, health and relationships.

Counselling

The college offers a free confidential counselling service to students. This is available at all campuses. To make an appointment, please contact the counselling team on 01553 815314 or speak to your student advisor.

Additional Support

The college welcomes students with disabilities or other additional needs. We have students with a wide range of disabilities and learning difficulties (including dyslexia, epilepsy, mobility difficulties and mental health problems). The college is able to offer a wide range of support measures to enable you to successfully complete your course. If you consider yourself to have a learning difficulty or disability you can obtain additional support to help with your studies.
