COURSES FOR ADULTS
Whether you want to gain qualifications to get a good job, are already working and want to improve your career prospects or are just looking for a part-time course for pleasure, we have a range of flexible learning options and programme choices to cater for your needs.
There are full-time and part-time courses available, to suit your lifestyle. Some offer full qualifications to allow you to retrain and take on a new career, whilst our recreational courses give you new skills that you can learn for fun.
If you’re thinking about studying at university-level (such as a higher education degree), we offer a range of Access to Higher Education courses. Committing to a full one-year might seem scary, so we also offer short, ten-week returning to learning courses, specifically designed to boost your confidence and study skills, and help you achieve your goals.
If you’re already employed and looking for CPD (continual professional development) courses, we also have a range of workplace learning courses offered through our Employer Engagement team.
Worried about finance and fees? Depending on your circumstances, some of our courses are offered at no cost to you, and if you’re going to be studying a level 3 course, you may also be eligible for 24+ Advanced Learning Loan – our student services team are on hand to answer any questions on 01553 761144.
