Claire Gosling

Foundation Degree (FdA) Early Years, Playwork and Education

Claire has successfully completed the Foundation Degree (FdA) Early Years, Playwork and Education and plans on continuing her education by topping up to the full Bachelor’s degree. She chose to study at the College of West Anglia as she wants to become a teacher, completing a degree will allow her to continue on to teacher training.

Claire said: “I wanted to progress my career, but I couldn’t afford to give up my job. I attended an open day at CWA and was impressed with the staff and facilities available. Staff members have gone above and beyond to support me during my studies and care about me and my life outside of college. Studying at CWA is better than going away to university. I can study, work full-time and further my career without moving house. The lectures are interesting and give me new ideas to try in the workplace. Forget lecture theatres where everyone sits and listens: study at a place where your opinions matter, your work is supported and the tutors really care.”
