Success Story

Kim Maloney

BTEC Diploma in Art and Design

Kim applied to the College of West Anglia to study art and design, because “the college had a good reputation and offered exactly the right sort of course I wanted to study to give me skills that I could build a career from. The course I studied had a heavy element of drawing and painting, which is my favourite medium. The thing I most enjoyed about coming to college was having the time to get a lot of work done and spending time with my friends. I would say to anyone thinking about coming to CWA, definitely do it, but make sure you take your time and pick the right course for you.”

Since completing her course, Kim has been working as a freelance illustrator.
