At Novus Restaurant, we live by our values of producing new, innovative and fresh dishes carefully prepared by our young and budding chefs and our award winning and expert teaching team. We have a licensed bar, can accommodate children and are open to the public on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Tuesday through to Friday at lunchtime. Novus Restaurant is also proud to host special theme night evenings throughout the year – menus and dates can be viewed below. We offer a lunch and a dinner service

Lunch Service

From Tuesday to Friday between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, we offer a 2 course special for £6.00 and a 3 course special for £8.00. You can see a sample of the menu here.

Dinner Service

We open Tuesday and Thursday evenings for special dinner service. We have different type of menus. For normal evening dinner menus the prices are £15.00 for Tuesday evenings and £14.00 for Thursday evenings. You can view a sample menu here.

For themed nights, the price for dinner is £16.00. And on our Tuesday Taster night, the price is £12.00.

Special Strattons Night on Tuesday 15th January 2019

Daniel Frear, head chef at the award-winning restaurant at Strattons boutique hotel in Swaffham, brings a unique taste of his specially acclaimed five-course tasting menu to Novus restaurant. Daniel uses the purest of local, ethically-sourced ingredients to create delicious food, served in a contemporary English style.

Special Socius Night on Tuesday 12th March 2019

Renowned restaurant, Socius in Burnham Market, is bringing a unique taste of its specially acclaimed menu to Novus restaurant for one night only. Owners Dan Lawrence and Natalie Stuhler said: “Socius is a Latin word meaning to share or partake,” said Natalie. “Our whole food concept is based around sharing food.” Socius offers a modern British take on tapas, which is locally sourced and reflects seasonality. All dishes are served on small plates and designed to share.
