PARENTS AND CARERS
Choosing where and what to study after GCSEs is an important and life changing decision, and at the College of West Anglia, we understand the challenges facing students as they take the next step in their education. In this area, you will find more information about the college, the services and support available, as well as our policies, frequently asked questions and contact details.
We take pride in the fact that we treat our students with the trust and expectation that they will take responsibility for reaching their chosen goals, respecting others and behaving responsibly. After all, these are the personal qualities they will need in the next stage of their lives, whether this is in employment or at university.
The college has a strong support system in place to ensure that all learners’ progress is continually monitored in order to offer them the support they need. Personal contact with parents/carers is also important to us, and we value your support in helping those you are responsible for to succeed. In addition to this section of our web site, we hold ‘information evenings’ regularly during the year where you can talk to course tutors, and receive progress updates.
